Dominos di jelawat, tggu dekat 30mnt..suh tggu dalam kereta, xhantar pon. Lenkali tak perlu suruh customer tunggu, buat apps suruh tunggu, tapi staf x train suruh gi hantar!!

I waited in Car at their pickup, Turn on Hazard lights as per instructions and waited for almost 10mins. None of them contacted and given my order.
Went again direct to Store to Pickup manually and surprising noone at counter but found 2person inside store watching their mobile. 🤦.
If cannot deliver to Car, what’s the point of showing the option and making persons to wait for longtime.
worse service ever at branch pulai perdana johor!! dua kali terkena bad experience service pandu Ambil konon2 staf dominos akan hantar makanan sampai ke kereta.. end up aku kne masuk dlm store tanya mana makanan aku.. staf siap kurang ajar ckp kita park tempat salah lah(ni masa byr online) , tadi saja try nak bayar cash, sejam tunggu dalam kereta, last2 pegi kt kaunter jgk sbb status order dah siap tp staf tak hantar kt kereta..staf tu kata kalau bayar cash kne pegi ambil kt kaunter.. eh aku bayar online pun still staf dominos tak hantar kt kereta.. kurang ajar betul staf dominos kat outlet pulai perdana johor.. nampak staf kuar dari kedai then panggil la elok2 nak tanya status…
